Next-generation semi air suspension: automatic height control without compromise

MAD expands its range of latest-generation air suspension systems with the Air Master Automatic Premium. This set combines an advanced semi air suspension system with an intuitive controller, bringing together automatic height control and ease of use.

Automatic height control
The Air Master Automatic Premium is a height-controlled semi air suspension system with fully automatic height regulation. With three programmable preset positions, the driver can easily select the desired ride height, after which the system maintains it automatically.

Thanks to continuous load compensation — left and right independently — the vehicle remains stable and perfectly balanced. This results in a comfortable and safe ride, regardless of load or road conditions.

Manual operation
When required, the controller also offers manual control.With the press of a button, the system switches to MIN or MAX mode to temporarily lower or raise the vehicle to the maximum extent (up to a maximum speed of 9,3 mph). Ideal for boarding or leaving a ferry and during loading and unloading.

In addition, you can manually adjust the ride height on the left and right sides individually using the arrow buttons — useful when parking on uneven terrain or draining the water tank.

Stand-alone and cyber-safe
Air Master air suspension systems operate independently of the vehicle electronics (CAN bus). Thanks to the wired design, no Bluetooth connection is required. The result: a stable, reliable, and fully cyber-safe system.

Plug & play installation
The controller is suitable for any vehicle, can be freely positioned in the cabin, and is easy to configure. Thanks to the Connection Hub, the system is plug & play, ensuring efficient installation.
